12u-14u – 2-4pm
16u – 16 Travel – 4 – 6pm
18u- 17/18 Travel – 6-8pm
• $20 AAU Fee paid to AAU at AAUvolleyball.org
• $20 Tryout fee paid to Adrenaline Volleyball
Coaches -
• Coach Todd – SHS Varsity Coach and former college player.
• Coach Dreux – SHS JV Coach and former college player
• Coach Amanda – SHS Freshman Coach and former varsity coach in the Medford Area.
• Coach Kelley – SHS Varsity Assistant and Former Shasta High Setter
• Coach Madi – Adrenaline Coach, Jr High Coach, Former Simpson player
• Coach Kristen – Jr High Coach, Adrenaline Coach
• Other Coach TBA based on need
Costs
• Local $475 Club Fee – Includes Jersey Jan – April – Redding, Red Bluff
• Travel $1000 to $2000 – Jan – May – Redding, Sacramento, Reno, Long Beach
o Price vary due to size of team and final schedule
Schedule
• Practices are on Sundays and plan to start on Jan 7. Each practice is 2 hours between 2 and 8pm at Shasta High. (Except on tournament weekends)
• Tournaments are on Saturdays or Sundays depending on levels
• Local – Redding, Red Bluff, or Chico – Travel Area, Sacramento, Bay Area, Reno, Long Beach
